Delivery of your fab fashion!

Your order will be lovingly pack & despatched within 24 hours of your order being placed.

If placed before 12.00 noon we will make every effort to despatch the same day.

 

All our parcels are currently despatched from Manchester, UK & via Royal Mail.

Standard UK & Northern Ireland

  • Environment  3-4 working days £3.95  2nd Class UK delivery Tracked
  • Speed             1-2 working days £4.95  1st Class UK delivery Tracked
  • Express*          Royal Mail Special delivery, Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day. £9.95
    *(for orders placed before 12.00noon Mon–Thurs. If ordered at the weekend, they will be posted the next working day excluding Bank Holidays). 
             

   

Overseas

We’ll happily post anywhere in the world for you to enjoy our fab fashion!

  • Ireland & Europe   3-7 working days £15.95 International Tracked
  • Rest of the World  6-10 working days £29.95 International Tracked
    (based on a 1kg small parcel weight & size, we will be in touch if it’s any different).


Local Delivery

We can arrange delivery to your door within a 3 mile radius of the Caru-ti Studio in Whitefield M45 area.

We will book delivery in directly with you after you have placed your order & confirm delivery the same week.

Choose this service only if you live within the areas of Whitefield, Ringley, Radcliffe, Outwood, Hollins, Fishpool, Prestiwch, Simister, Crumpsall & Blackley.

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
(Only accepted from the UK & Northern Ireland, sadly we are unable to accept returns from Overseas currently).


We hope that you’ll love what you buy from Caru-ti-Clothing, but if for any reason you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, or have had a changed of heart, please get in touch with us at liz@caru-ti-clothing.co.uk & we’ll happily see how we can help you.


We’re happy for you to return your item to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund.


To be eligible for an exchange or full refund, all items must be unworn, & in a resalable condition with no perfume, laundering or smoke smells. All original labels must be attached to the item & posted back where possible in its original packaging.


Please note: When trying on your new clothes for size, please try to take extra care not to mark the items with make up, fake tan etc, as sadly they will be deemed unsuitable for resale & will not be refunded.



Damaged/Faulty Items


Your items have been personally & lovingly checked before even more love & care has being given packing your order & so they should reach you in perfect condition to enjoy wearing immediately.


However if your items arrive damaged in transit, please let us know by emailing us at info@caru-ti-clothing.co.uk, with details & photos of the fault so we can understand the damage to arrange a replacement or a refund for you.


How do I return my item?
 
Please note, that we are unable to offer free postage for returns & are unable to refund the original cost of postage.

 
We’d like you to notify us if you wish to return an item, please do so by contacting us on
liz@caru-ti-clothing.co.uk, stating your Name & Address, the order number, item description, & reason for return so we can understand what went wrong. We cannot issue a refund without this info, so please do ensure you contact us to process the return & we'll give you details of where to post to.


Don’t forget to get proof of postage back to us, or use a recorded delivery service for peace of mind, as any lost items cannot be refunded. 


We’ll keep you updated by email every step of the way.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method you used to purchase the item, & within 14 days of us receiving & checking the returned item.

 

Sorry lovelies, but to follow the hygiene safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned / refunded.

  • Hats
  • Hair Accessories
  • Earrings
  • Face covering
  • Underwear or Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless of course they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.


We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the item does not meet our return requirements.
